How To Write Manifestations

Manifestation is all about putting your intentions out into the universe and speaking them into existence. You may think it’s a little far-fetched to believe that getting what you want is as simple as saying it out loud, and you wouldn’t be the first to think so.

How To Write Manifestations

However, whether it’s down to psychology, forces beyond our comprehension, or sheer luck, manifestation has proved time and time again that it can and does work.

Writing your manifestations down is one way to speed up the process, and we’re here to show you how to do it.

What Are Manifestations?

So, what does it actually mean to manifest something?

In simple terms, the act of manifestation involves bringing an idea to life, usually by focusing your thoughts on the outcome, setting an intention that it will happen, and taking action to get there.

Most people practice manifestation through mindfulness, visualization, and writing.

The whole idea behind manifestation is that if you think it into existence, it will happen. Manifestation works with the laws of attractions to help make your dreams a reality – but don’t be fooled, you’ll still need to take SOME proactive action to get there.

However, you can control a lot by your thoughts, and manifestation shows that with some work, you can even control your own reality.

How To Start Writing Your Manifestations

Want to start writing your manifestations into existence? If you know what you want, and you’re ready to go and get it, you’re already off to a great start! However, if you want to set yourself up for success, there are a few steps you’ll need to follow to help you get there.

Let’s start exploring how you can start writing your manifestations into existence, today.

1. Write About What You Want, And Why

Making your manifestations a reality isn’t as simple as just writing ‘I want a new car’. Instead, you need to go a little deeper.

You’ll need to be more exact with your manifestations and talk in detail, so try writing something like ‘I drive a red Ferrari with brown leather interior, heated seats, and a super-fast engine’.

There’s something key in that manifestation that you’ll need to follow with your own manifestations – action. We didn’t just write about the car we wanted, we wrote about us actually driving it, what it looked like, and more.

You need to speak about your manifestations as if they’re already a part of your life. Writing in the present tense is one of the most effective ways to write your manifestations, and it makes your intentions clearer.

2. Feeling

When you write out your manifestations, you also need to think about feelings. How will it feel when you get what you want?

This won’t just prevent your manifestations from getting boring, but it will also encourage more excitement about achieving your goal and help you live in the present with a positive attitude. This positive attitude is key if you want to make your manifestations a reality.

Let’s come back to our Ferrari manifestation as an example.

If you’re focusing on feeling, you could write something like “I drive a red Ferrari with brown leather interior, heated seats, and a super-fast engine. It’s thrilling to drive, and I love how comfortable it is to travel in. I always feel so excited to drive it, and people always get excited to see it”.

3. Repeat

Repeating your manifestations is the most important step. Repetition can help boost your own motivation and confidence in your goal. In turn, this will help you take more positive action to pursue it.

It will also help you stay in that mind frame of living in the present WITH your manifestation, which will help you subconsciously adapt to believing it’s true.

When you’re writing your manifestations down, a good method to follow is the 369 method. With this method, you’d write your manifestation three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times at night.

This is a simple way to incorporate manifestations into your daily life, and writing them out will begin to feel like second nature in no time!

4. Leave It To The Universe

Once you’ve written out your manifestations, there’s no need to keep fixating on them. When you’re done, put your notebook away, and don’t open it until it’s necessary.

What some people neglect to mention about manifestation is that it comes with a catch. If you don’t release your attachment to the outcome, you’ll get in the way of manifesting your dreams.

While it’s good to repeat your manifestations, you also need to NOT fixate on them. Remember – we’re already living with the present WITH our manifestations.

If you fixate on your written manifestations and spend your free time wishing they would come to fruition, you may actually be hindering your own progress.

Remember To Check Your Energy

Here’s a bonus tip for you to remember – check your energy!

Manifestation and the law of attraction work hand in hand. The law of attraction states that the energy you put into the universe dictates the energy you get out of it.

So, it goes without saying that if you’re constantly putting negative energy out there, you’re probably going to manifest it back into your life.

If you want your manifestations to come to life, you need to remain positive. Negative energy could prevent you from getting what you want, so remember to check your energy!

If you need to omit more positive energy, there are few simple ways to do it. Your main goal should be to focus on doing things that make you happy – these cultivate feelings of joy and positivity, which get put out into the universe and bring you good things back.

This could be as simple as taking some time for yourself, helping a friend, meditating in the morning, or doing some physical exercise.

Whatever you choose to do, make sure it puts a smile on your face, and you’ll be well on your way to making your dreams a reality!

The Bottom Line

Although there’s no science to suggest this self-help theory really works, most manifesters believe it does. Even if manifestation doesn’t work for you, there’s no harm in trying.

It’s always good to fight for what you want and make yourself feel positive, and that’s what manifestation is all about!
